[ HOW I WORK ]
Some projects begin with an idea. Others already have users, code, and things that need improving. I start by understanding what’s there, what needs to change, and what makes sense to do next.
I get clear on the goal, the users, and what already exists. That might be an early idea, a live product, or a workflow that isn’t working as well as it should.
[ ABOUT ME ]
I’m Aleksandar Gjurchevski, a full-stack product engineer based in Germany.
I started in marketing, building landing pages to generate leads and help businesses turn attention into revenue. That taught me early that digital work has to do more than look good. It has to produce a result.
Working with companies and cross-functional teams also showed me how easily good ideas can lose direction when business, design, and development fall out of sync.
Those lessons still shape how I work today. I ask questions, find the real problem, and build what is actually needed.
I keep the business goal, user experience, and technical decisions connected from the start, so the product does not lose direction as it moves from idea to execution.
Clean code matters, but the outcome matters more: a product that is useful, easy to use, and valuable to both the people using it and the business behind it.

I keep up with new tools, but I only use them when they genuinely improve the product. The exact stack depends on the project, and I choose it with long-term maintenance in mind.
